Description of Material

Intermetallic compounds such as copper; tin, nickel and silicon are precipitated and dispersed evenly so that strength is maintained even at high temperatures under continuous heating.
It is a copper alloy with excellent heat resistance and strength equivalent to ferrous alloy 42 alloy of nickel and iron.

Dispersion hardening is the process to harden substances by imposing strees onto solid solutions and dispersing intermetallic compounds into miniscule particles.

Processing Properties

Item	Details
Casting	Good castability in precision casting (lost wax) and dies ete. Good flowability, allowing for easy casting.
Forging	Good for hot, warm and cold forging. Ideal for parts molding by cold forging at high pressures.
Bending / Drawing / Spinning / Machining	Excels in bending strength, and significantly deep drawing is possible. Good machinability, making it ideal for machine processing.
Plating / Soldering / Etching / Welding	Plating / Soldering Etching / Welding Good plating and soldering. Etching ability is equivalent to pure copper. Also has good weldability.
